Well I'm not gonna stop
till I reach the top
Oh, but I'll never know when to drop
So if I play your game
Promise me I'll stay the same
Oh but I'll never know who to blame
So if you see
The change in me
Don't pass me by because I just..
I just wish I knew why
Well it's not your fault
You don't gotta blame it all
Oh i should've known when to fall
Well it's not your time
You don't gotta be so kind
Oh but we should've known when to unwind
So if you're down
To get lost then found
We'll go downtown
Until I start to breakdown
Just wish I knew why
Why we all gotta die
(cough)
fuck
Well don't you dare come to bother me
Because your shit came crashing down like A B C
Yeah being down don't really bother me
But that's just me girl, that's just me.
Don't you dare show your shit to me
Because it all came burning down like 1 2 3
Yeah I get my film right there up the street
So I'll just take a Polaroid or three
Yeah bein down don't really bother me
Because my shit came crashing down like A B C
But if I knew that it could happen to me
Then I'd let you be boi, I'd let you be
Sometimes I can't even breathe
I'm freaking out and crying constantly
Well I just need to document these things
So I'll just take a Polaroid or three
(Unnecessary screaming)
P O L A R O I D
(More unnecessary screaming)
Simple man, simple plan, simple life.
about
Being in a long-distance band isn't easy. When it comes to continuing the flow of new content, sometimes you have to get creative. "Hilltop" is a double-single release composed of two demos from the upcoming 2017 LP. These singles are two (of the many) tracks that have continuously been sent back and forth from Austin to San Antonio over the past couple of months. If this is meant to stand for anything, let it stand to show that music can be made no matter what the circumstances are.

Shout out to St. Edward's University Campus Police for not haggling the lil brown boy sitting in his car, screaming into a microphone. You are appreciated. <3
